Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Cellphone Easy Refill mobile application collects, uses, maintains and discloses personal information. Application

This Privacy Policy applies to the Cellphone Easy Refill mobile application (“App”) and the accompanying website www.airtime.us (“Site”) and to all of the App and Site associated services (“Services”). Who is responsible for personal information collected by Cellphone Easy Refill?

Cellphone Easy Refill is owned and operated by AdminSys Inc, who may be contacted through the App or at www.airtime.us/contact-us.

What constitutes personal information will vary, depending on whether an individual is reasonably identifiable in a particular circumstance, but may include data such as photos, email address, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Unique Device Identifiers (UDIDs) and sometimes even geolocation information.

We only collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us. The App collects the following personal information:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Telephone number (optional)
• Address (optional)
• Password
• Credit card type and last four digits of credit card number
• Social Security Number (SSN) (optional – only required for affiliates)
• Profile photo (if provided)
• Facebook or Twitter public profile details if you use FB or Twitter to login to the App
• We may also collect your personal information if you provide it to us through what you write in an email to us.

How do we collect personal information?

We collect personal information in a variety of ways, including when you register for Cellphone Easy Refill, make use of the App, act as an affiliate (promote our services to others) or send us a message.

If you choose not to provide personal information

You always have the choice to not provide us with your personal information. However, it may not be possible to register as a Cellphone Easy Refill user or use the App if your personal information is not provided to us.

How we use personal information

We may collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Create your Cellphone Easy Refill account.
• Perform your refill transactions.
• Process your affiliate transactions of you choose to participate in our affiliate program and promote our services to others.
• To improve our services: For example, we may use feedback you provide to improve functionality and performance, or where your contact information helps us to respond to your requests and support your needs more efficiently.
• To send emails such as notifications of your failed or successful refill transactions.
• To provide you with any other information, products, or services that you request from us.

• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• To notify you about changes to the App or Site or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
• In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except to the extent necessary to assist you in relation to a purpose listed above. For example, we share your information as necessary with our partners such as Stripe for payment processing. We will never sell or rent your personal information.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this policy:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, for example Stripe.com.
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of AdminSys Inc’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by AdminSys Inc. about our users is among the assets transferred.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. (In other words, your use of the App and Site.)
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdminSys Inc., our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Cookies and information collection

Cookies are tiny text files stored on your device so servers can access them when you reactivate apps or websites you've visited before. Cookies contain information to make the user experience easier and more convenient. We use cookies so that you do not have to re-enter login details or affiliate codes. We do not use cookies to gather or share any of your personal information and we never use tracking or other malicious cookies.

Protection of minors

None of our services are directed at children under the age of 13 years and we do not intentionally collect, store or in any way use personal data from children younger than 13 years. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, please contact us. In cases where you have authorized a minor (someone under 18 years of age) to use Cellphone Easy Refill, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for:

• the online conduct of such minor
• controlling the minor's access to and use of Cellphone Easy Refill; and
• the consequences of any misuse by the minor.

Security

Cellphone Easy Refill uses appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. However, transmitting information over the Internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your information. Any information you transmit is at your own risk.

Retention of personal information

Your personal information will be retained for as long as it is needed to process your transactions and to meet the requirements of business record retention requirements.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. We may use third party service providers in association with the App, for example Stripe for payment processing. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission by agreeing to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to share your personal information in the future if it becomes necessary to do so in order for us to fulfill a legitimate business purpose but will only do so where the third party concerned has agreed to protect such information with appropriate privacy practices that conform with the requirements of the applicable privacy legislation.

The App or the Site may contain links to third party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party websites or applications you visit. We encourage users to be aware when they leave Cellphone Easy Refill and to read the privacy statements of websites/apps that collect personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by Cellphone Easy Refill. In particular, please note that social media accounts you use for login to the App (for example Facebook) are subject to their own privacy policies, as are the vendors who provide this App for sale such as Apple and Google.   

Your California Privacy Rights

Since 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share user’s personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Your acceptance of these terms

Your use constitutes acceptance. This means that by using the App you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Cellphone Easy Refill App.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy and/or in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you of these changes by republishing this policy. We recommend you consult this Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the App or Site following posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Accessing, updating or correcting your personal information

As a user you may edit your first name / last name but may not delete your name. (Note that we do not verify names.) As your phone number and address are optional fields, you may leave these empty or add / edit / delete them at any time. It is not possible for you to edit your email address after the registration is completed.

You may request access, updates and corrections to any personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it. We will not charge for simply making the request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information. There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the personal information we hold. For example, we may need to refuse access if granting access would interfere with the privacy of others or if it would result in a breach of confidentiality. If that happens, we will give you written reasons for any refusal.

Geolocation

This App does not collect precise information about the location of your cellphone.

Release of Personal Information for legal reasons

We may release your personal information for legal reasons:

• When we believe in good faith that such release is appropriate to comply with the law (for example, pursuant to a statutory demand, subpoena, warrant or court order).
• To protect against fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use of the App.
• To protect our rights or property.
• If we reasonably believe that a situation involving danger of death or injury to any person requires disclosure.

Feedback to us

We have feedback functionality via the App and the Site that allows you to submit comments, suggestions, or bugs found. We may collect your name and email address in order to follow up with you or thank you for a suggestion.
